need to be patient. Very patient when dealing with this company. I ordered two diaries 14 days ago. 9 days ago I got an email saying my parcel was sent via DHL. Yet the tracking was for Yodel who for 9 days said the package was on the way to them. After trying twice to contact them. They said my Christmas present for my wife would arrive on the 30th December. A bit late. The website says order placed before 13th December would be delivered in time for Christmas. Not believe it. Personally I would never ever order anything online from Moleskine.com. While I like their products their website and customer service is atrocious.
Moleskine should be ashamed of the treatment of their customers. I made an order two months ago for two diaries that I have not yet received. I have had to continuously email customer care for an update or a refund, to which I have either been given a vague response saying that they are waiting for information from the courier or I have not received a response at all. I requested to speak to a senior member of staff, which was ignored. It is appalling to think that this company would take money from customers, fail to deliver the product and not provide a refund.

The most useless customer service bar none. I have a faulty pen. Their customer service say I can choose something of THE EXACT value! Anything more I can’t pay the difference and I can’t choose anything of lower value. I can’t replace the defective pen when it is in stock. So basically the warranty is absolutely useless. What a sham. This is what you call a pile of **** organisation. The reputation is worthless unless you follow through with actions. Stop buying this ****.
My order from Italy to Malta took 20 days to deliver. I emailed them multiple times and they responded within a few hours each time with a link to the shipment tracking page, but I still struggle to understand why 2 little notebooks took such a long time to get to me.
The ‘track my order’ button that was sent initially never worked, but they sent me a new link so that I could keep an eye on where my order was.
Once it finally arrived, I was very satisfied with the products. I love moleskine but I’d suggest buying their products in a brick and mortar store if only purchasing a limited number of products.
Moleskine, I’d suggest you either update your expected delivery times so that customers anticipate weirdly long delivery times, or work with better shipping companies.
Great products, bad customer service.
They make overpriced but super high quality stationary type stuff.
But their customer service has left me high and dry with orders taking too long. Not sure if they’re worth it, but at least their notebooks are actually good.
Awful costumer service! I've purchased two travel book lights from their Belgian website and one of them was not working right of the package. I've sent them an email complaining and asking for a refund. They've replied the next day, asking for a video proving that the light was not working (!!!). I'm nice and sent them the video anyway. Complete silence from their side, until I re-upped the email and they complained about the format of the video (!!!!!!!). I then lost my patience and let them know that per EU regulation they needed to refund me without a video, because their productive is defective from delivery. Now they've just replied saying that I can't return it (I would have to cover the costs) because I don't fit the requirements - without specifying which, and I do fit them. I've issued a complaint with the customer defense, what a joke. And completely unexpected coming from a brand that is supposed to be high-level products. I'm never buying anything from Moleskine again and neither should you.
Ordered on the 30 December 2020. From the UK website. Turns out we were passed through to the Spanish website.
It has been a long and difficult journey to get my product.

It is with heavy heart that I say do not even contemplate getting a product from the Moleskine website. You will only regret it.
Ordered on the 4th of January. The delivery hasn't yet happened at all.
The customer "support" asks to check the delivery faq which I find quite rude - I've written to them telling they are violating the delivery times.
Extremely disappointed, this company treats its customers as a scam.
I wish I had checked the reviews before making the order.
Ordered on 29th December. Paid for DHL Express Delivery. Nearly a month later and the order hasn't even been processed. This is unacceptable. Do not order through their online store. It is a shambles. Currently clawing my cash back through PayPal. I'll buy Leuchtturm 1917 in future. I've been using Moleskine for more years than I care to think about.

Awful service. Purchased an item 8 days ago online, the parcel company claim they have not received the goods yet. Moleskine's customer service have no phone number, no webchat, no complaints section... just an online form with an SLA of 48 hours to first response!
Pretty poor quality for what I considered a premium product... never again! :(

Moleskine's customer service is pretty substandard.
they don't seem to have a problem taking our money but when it comes to deliver.... Never again!
I am so upset with Moleskine's service.
On 3rd December I ordered a personalised notebook as a gift. I received the notebook in the post on 13th December with absolutely no personalisation.
The only way you can contact Moleskin is through an enquiry form on their website and no email address is given, so I have no other way of contacting them.
I have written to them and I am hoping that they will proceed to send me the item which I ordered. It's so upsetting as their items are expensive and I expect excellent service with that, as a minimum. We are so close to Christmas now, so I doubt they will be able to process my order correctly and ship it in time.
Very disappointing and upsetting.
Update: After quite a lot of back and forth via email, Moleskine agreed to send me a credit voucher to cover the cost of a new notebook and free postage - thank you!
As per previous posts this company has such poor customer service, I ordered a diary on 12th November, to date it hasn't been delivered. I have sent several emails to customer services, one reply which stated they were investigating the order and remain at my disposal. Ridiculous for what is thought of as a reputable company
